From the bedside to the boardroom — and now to the forefront of health optimization — Damon Peirce is redefining what modern healthcare looks like in Siouxland.

Originally from Alabama and proudly rooted in the Siouxland community since 2000, Damon brings over two decades of clinical, operational, and executive healthcare experience to his mission of transforming lives through proactive, innovative care.

Damon began his nursing journey by earning his Associate Degree in Nursing from Western Iowa Tech Community College, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management from Bellevue University. He later earned both his Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) from Briar Cliff University — Go Chargers! He has served as a Registered

Nurse since 2003. His clinical background spans some of healthcare’s most demanding environments, including the Emergency Department, Burn Unit, ICU, and PACU. Damon’s leadership trajectory advanced into executive roles such as Director of Inpatient and Outpatient Services and ultimately Chief Nursing Officer, where he led clinical operations, quality initiatives, and strategic growth.

Today, as Co-Owner of Thrive Wellness Center, Damon blends frontline experience with entrepreneurial drive to challenge the traditional healthcare model. Through functional medicine, biohacking, and performance-focused wellness strategies, he is helping individuals move beyond reactive care toward true optimization.

As host of the Just Thrivin’ Podcast, Damon inspires listeners to “Stop Survivin , Start Thrivin” He is a bold advocate for ownership, discipline, resilience, and empowering others to take control of their health and wellness.

Married to his wife and business partner, Amy, since 2003, Damon is a proud father of four. Outside of Thrive, you’ll find him supporting his kids’ pursuits, vacationing on a beach, attending sporting events and concerts, or cheering on his beloved Alabama Crimson Tide.
